Isn't it great that a horrible non game like Heavy Rain will get great reviews

across all sites, but a genuinely good game like Nier will get average scores?

Heavy Rain is a piece of doody interactive movie. Can be beaten in three sittings and no replay value to be had. A story that isn't even very good either. I'm glad I didn't buy it and instead got to see a friend a play through(or rather, watch) it.

I'm starting to think people recommend it solely because it is a PS exclusive.

Still haven't played Heavy Rain. I want to though....And NIEW is amazing.

I agree with you but its just different opinions. I for one did not enjoy either games but thats just me. I can see the appeal both have

Okay yes, sorry. I was exaggerating. I could possibly see why people might like this game, but for it to get such high reviews is ridiculous. For a game that is really 99% story, it doesn't even provide a very well told one.

I wish JRPG fanboys would stop clamoring over every game released.

Not every JRPG is good, especially Neir. Neir sucked.
