I usually try to keep my games. I used to sell games whenever I was done with them when I was a stupid kid- Legend of Dragoon, Fable, and Katamari Damacy are among the many games I wish I hadn't sold. You never know when you might get the urge to play an old game again, even one you thought you hated.

I sell 99% of them, as I pretty much never play anything again.

I do this with a lot more then video games. Saves a lot of time when I move!

I keep it, since 99.9% of all my games are downloaded.

The other .1% is "Lost Planet 2" on disc.

I keep almost all of my games, I only trade/sell if I genuinely didn't enjoy them.

I keep games after finishing them with the intention to replay them someday, although I'd say only about one tenth my games actually get that treatment. If I'm going to replay a game, it needs to have a short and SWEET single player story, have some sort of sandbox mode, or be a really immersive RPG. If it isn't one of those three, I probably won't ever play it again.

Developers would not have to worry about losing income to used game sales if they made games people wanted to keep and play again.

My favorite app is still the Mute button on my TV's remote.
