Bold prediction: Capcom will change Megaman

Going by the pattern Capcom has done things (changed RE, DmC, SFxT, etc)...
I can see them changing Megamans new PS3 game into......
a shooting action game with multiplayer, not 2D either and not a blue megaman anymore.

It seems to gear more towards whats popular and doing a character make over and personality make over.

So what? That doesn't mean Capcom can't do a gritty reboot.

That actually sounds plausible, and I'm a little scared now. I mean, DmC turned out pretty great it seems, but I don't think that kind of thing would work for Megaman.

It's going to be a FPS featuring bad box art Megman. Using Unreal Engine and having tacked on MP and $15 map packs and half of the characters will be locked on disc DLC.

And then they'll release a Gold version 3 months later....

Capcom no longer has the rights to make Megaman I believe. Keiji Inafune has the rights and is Megamans creator. He currently working with Sony for Soul Sacrifice. If any is going to make a new Megaman game it just might very well come from Sony.
