Easiest cheapest way would be to delete some stuff. Failing that, buy a bigger hard drive and install it.

$60 for a 500GB

Don't really want to delete anything, does Sony sell spare hard drives? Would a USB stick work?

USB would only work for saves and saves are very small. Only option would be upgrading your hard drive but you'll need an external hard drive for your backup or you'll lose everything.

So you'd need the external hard drive ~$75
New hard drive ~$60 (see above)

Then you make a full backup to the external, replace your 120GB with the 500GB and restore the backup to the 500GB.

You don't need bigger hard drive, just delete demos and install data from games you don't play anymore
