No, you're fine!!! It's a subscription, not a trial. You do not need cc info. Trust me.

I just confirmed it via Sony's PlayStation site.

3 month and one year subscriptions do NOT require cc info.

30 day trial vouchers do... because they are not paid subscriptions.

If you buy a PS+ card, the subscription is already paid for without further stipulations.

So, go for it!
