Why are Americans called ignorant for hating on anything that's Japan, yet there aren't any Western games on that list. So double standard.

Because Japan and the Japanese can do no wrong. Obviously~~

Mario games are a joke. Seriously aren't there like 100 or more.

IDK about there being over 100 games, but Mario is incredibly milked and overrated.

Just as the Japan list is comprised almost of nothing but sequels and spin offs the same can be said of the US top 10 chart and the UK top 30 chart.

The highest selling game on the UK chart which also appears on the best-selling games charts for Japan is Resident Evil 6 at 21st place on the UK chart.

It would have be interesting to know what games placed 11th-30th on the US chart for best-sellling games of 2012.

There's only been like 4 or 5 CoDs this gen. There have been a lot more Pokemon. So's Pokemons more milked.

Your COD figure is not even close.

#of COD games released since nov, 2005 (360 launch day, this gen officially starting) - 16

call of duty 2
call of duty big red one
call of duty 3
call of duty roads to victory
call of duty 4: mw
call of duty world at war
call of duty world at war final fronts
call of duty mw2
call of duty modern warfare mobilized
coll of duty black ops
call of duty black ops ds
call of duty world at war zombies 1&2
call of duty mw3
call of duty black ops2
call of duty black ops declassified
call of duty classic

# of Pokemon games released since nov, 2005 --- 17

Diamond
Pearl
Platinum
Heart Gold
Soul Silver
Pokemon Battle Revolution
Pokemon Ranger: Shadows of Almia
Pokemon Ranger: Guardian Signs
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Darkness
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers Of Sky
Black
White
Pokemon Rumble Blast
Pokemon Conquest
Black 2
White 2

Pokemon only has 1 more release than COD. Not much of a difference at all (and 16 releases is nowhere close to 4 or 5). And if you want to argue why I included the HD-remake of COD1 on the list (call of duty classic), and we shouldn't count remakes, then Heart Gold and Soul Silver get taken off the list, and pokemon ends up having the same amount of releases as COD.

btw, I dont own any nintendo products, nor have I played any pokemon game since pokemon yellow. I do have 3 COD games though.
