Persona 4 Arena. Best fighter I've played in years and definitely the best story within a fighter.

I'll say tekken tag 2, even though I only played the arcade version in japan a few times, and the ps3 version alittle a my friend's house. Umvc3 is okay, but the lack of modes disappoint. Persona 4 Arena....yea so far i don't really like the game. I'll give it a chance though.

All jokes aside, I really like the Anime games. But I prefer 2D fighters to 3D ones.

P4A is a 'airdash' fighter (like Guilty Gear, BlazBlue)

Tekken is a 'sidestep' 3D fighter played on a 3d plane

NOTHING! A horrible mistake!

But, I dunno if you could simplify the Guilty Gear-archetype into "airdash". It is a very technical fighter.

Tekken is a juggle fighter. MK-archetype really.
