Otherwise a lot of people in this thread had a lot of my answers. I will toss in Shadow Hearts, though. Thought that series was underrated. |

While it's not seen as the black sheep of the series, that would be 4, it's still almost always regarded as a big step down from 2. Almost every preference list I see has 1, 2 and 5 above 3.
I personally think it's just as good as 2. Better in some aspects, worse in others, but overall just as good.

story is meh/standard
but the gameplay is just SOOO GOOD.
was able to play the game through 100 hours and it felt like nothing. That doesn't happen to me very often.
