The only "entirely turn-based games" I can think of are board games. Every turn-based game out there that I know of has a transition to and from combat.


Dragon Warrior?
Final Fantasy?

How are those games not turn-based? You can sit there all day and the monsters wait to attack until it's their turn.

It's a game focused on character simulation(stats simulating character abilities) made in Japan.
