This is a split board - You can return to the Split List for other boards.

Recommend me a game that can be played with only one arm.

Flower! Need to look into that. What about Journey, does that require an extra appendage?

I'm strenghtening my arms and wrists... so yea you could think of it as practice for choking things...

Antigrav for the Eyetoy on the PS2. You guide the hoverboard with your head, while doing whatever exercises you want with your arms.

If you really want to exercise your arms, put on wrist weights and try hitting targets and doing tricks. All that arm movement will tone you right up.

A friend once told me played Final Fantasy X-2 with one hand because his other hand was too busy. Sounds like a good one for you.

Any point-and-click adventure game if you don't mind the graphics. Gemini Rue, the Blackwell Series or Chzo Mythos quadrilogy.

And turn-based RPGs like Breath of Death VII or Cthulhu Saves the World.

Bayonetta too, just looked like another generic button masher.

That's because it is.

Actually I have the same question but on a more serious note. A friend of mind had a stroke a few months ago and lost the use of his left arm. What games can I recommend him?

Try Rainbow Moon. I played it while recovering from a thumb injury. Turn based SRPG with light SRPG elements, no realtime combat. So, you can take your time making your moves.
