88 Fingers Louie were a hardcore punk band. 88 Fingers Eddward was a nickname on Ed Edd'nEddy. Pretty cool reference.

Yeah, he's really great. I only recently got into his writing, but I love how gritty some of this work is. I've been meaning to read his remixed version of Invisible Monsters for some time, considering I've never even read the original version.
