...So im just wondering if there is a certain way to remove the disc in this top loader. The way i do it is i pull up on the disk from the top left corner but it makes this pop/click sound every time i remove a disc. I didn't know if that was normal sound when taking the disc off the spinner or if i was doing it wrong. I know i know it should not be complicated lol --- I don't know about angels, but it's fear that gives men wings. - Max Payne
Shouldn't matter, but I usually just put my index finger on the spinner and lift an edge of the disc off with my thumb. That sound is just the disc popping off the spinner more than likely. --- "Welcome to nowhere and finding out where it is." PSN ID: BBFaNaTiC86
Yeah, the disc has to stay on that spinning thing somehow, there are little plastic pieces that push in and then pop back out just a bit to hold it in place, and then you pull it up and off, that's what makes that clicking sound. --- PSN ID: RyuuHou24 "I never said that....and even if I said it, I never said it" - Dr Peter Venkman RGB
I usually just flip my PS3 upside down and hit the bottom of it a few times until the disc falls out.
I seriously doubt you do something so stupid.
This topic is amusing, it's as though TC and at least one other poster has never used a top or tray loading disc drive before. --- We shall rise again to start anew. White FC: 0862-2660-4156 / 3DS FC: 2492-4470-1418 / White 2 FC: 4556-7836-2644
