Yeah, I think you got most of them and you can also take the suggestions from the other posters. There's also Daytona USA from the Playstation store and Initial D Extreme Stage which only came out in Japan. There's an online guide on how to navigate through the menus which are in Japanese. There's even an online mode with the Japanese version:
