What must play games should I get when I pick up my PS3?

I've been solely a PC Gamer for the past few years, but recently with the release of Ni no Kuni, the PS3 has peaked my interest. What other games would you guys say are must buys for a person who might have missed a lot of the exclusives or games that weren't available on the PC?
