Turn based games, maybe some.racing in which you can play with just a stick?

try an rpg that you just select spells and attacks. use a finger instead of thumb.

I do have a move controller. Maybe there is some hack and slash game that you just use your right hand on the controller. But I think they also have a shield. but maybe its with your trigger/index finger.
