The game doesn't automatically run at 60 FPS. The programmers have to make it that way. It takes time and money.

Do remember, this is coming from the guy who said no gaming PC could ever be stronger then a PS3 without spending at least 2000 bucks. He knows nothing but caught on due his fun personality. You're better of listening those voices in your head.

I'm just confused by everything he says. I guess when you get paid to make s*** up, you might as well go all out. But as the saying goes, even a broken clock is right twice a day.
