If I missed a prominent character don't have my head, kindly mention it in your post. I think Bayonetta is "it" for me though.

No, it's obviously Princess Peach.

I'm just here to talk about games. Please leave me out of the drama.

No one is because gaming doesn't have good female protagonists (Shepard doesn't count). Bayonetta sucks.

Out of those listed, I'd say the original Lara Croft. She's like the Marilyn Monroe of gaming. Or was. I doubt reboot Lara will ever gain such sex symbol status. Which is presumably the point of the new age feminist "I'm not a sexual object" Lara.

See I never understood that. Classic Lara was smart, confident, and level-headed. She proved video games could have female leads (there was Samus but she spent most of her time in the suit).

Lara Croft, and with her new game I don't see that changing any time soon.

I love Bayonetta but I gotta go with Lara. She's just got so much seniority and unless the new Tomb Raider bombs I can't see her being dethroned so easily.

Kerrigan is the queen b*tch of video games, and of the universe.

You seem to forget that horrifying breast to waist ratio.
