Hi. My idiot friend was messing around with the settings on my PS3, and he wanted to see what would happen if he selected "Format Hard Drive". It deleted everything from my hard drive. Is there anyway to recover my data?

Nope, its gone. Unless you made a backup, but I somehow doubt you did.

Is your friend like 10 or something? Any normal user that isn't like 90 should know what format means. Anyways, you are SOL unless you made a backup, which I highly doubt you did. So you might as well get used to the fact everything you had on your PS3 is now gone.

Sign in to your account, download all your games back with your psn. Savedata is screwed unless you use cloud saves.
