Any Long PS3 Exclusives?

#1Sum_quod_erisPosted 2/6/2013 6:05:09 PM
Looking to play a game that'll keep me occupied for a while. I'm specifically wanting a PS3 exclusive, but console exclusives work as well.

Exclusives only since I'd rather just play a game on PC if it's available on it. Gotta get some new PS3 games, though, so no PC ones, please.

As a side note, I'd prefer non FPS games. Also like it when the playable character(s) can jump.

P.S. - I use proper grammar online. (Yes, I'm fully aware of my insanity.)

Exclusive...
Long hours of playtime...
Not an FPS...
Can jump...

It can only be one game: Disgaea 4.

There is a board for RPG, you know:

Ni no Kuni has everything you want. You have to unlock the ability to jump, but you can get it in the first 3-4 hours of play.

what do you consider to be long?
Ratchet and Clanks are quite good and last a good 12hours each.
MGS4 can last around 20-25hours if you take your time.
Valkyria Chronicles is around 30hours
Demons Souls can be around 20-30hours
Yakuza 3/4 are massive games if you really want to get it to them (50+ hours)
Resonance of Fate is decent and is around 40+ hours
Castlevania LoS ~ 15-20hours
Final Fantasy 13/2 ~ 40-60hours
Red Dead Redemption GOTY ~40hours
Infamous 1/2 ~20hours each
Atelier series ~20-30hours each.
Dragons Dogma 40+ hours

White Knight Chronicles 1 and 2 come to mind. Purchase WKC 2 and you get part 1 free.

Been hearing a lot about Ni No Kuni. Is it as good as people say? I didn't know you had the ability to jump in it. Might get that.

Ni No Kuni is pretty great, but the jumping ability only comes in handy in places where you are forced to walk (indoors). You can't actually jump up/down ledges using it, which is kind of lame.

"Not very useful, but a whole lot of fun!"

Oh bless.

Why? Because **** you is why.

Jumping in Ni No Kuni is pointless and the game even tells you that.

You might want to try the demo, Sure it doesn't give the game any "justice" but that is the only way to feel the game before buying it
