Sony already said that they're waiting for Microsoft to announce their new system before they play their hand. It's too soon for them to backpedal on that.
They'll announce Gaikai support for PS3/Vita, and it'll just be naturally moved up to the PS4 whenever that materializes.

Less than two weeks for speculation to die off...until then that's all any of these guesses are...

It could just be a head fake. Just because they said they will let them announce first doesn't mean they will.
I mean, do you think they would openly say that they will let their competitors go first and actually mean it?

No, it's the PS4...exactly as you guys want it to be.
No backwards compatibility. Will not play used games. Bites you in the testicles. Each game requires its own memory card. (DLC memory cards not included.) Large phallic thrusting device. who cares if ps4 comes out yet or not. it wont be viable for a good 2 years anyways.
