| Have you seen this game in action? It's exactly Trials Evolution and it doesnt even attempt to hide this, they even took the word"Trial" so to make the connection clearer. How is that not plagiarism?
They could have taken the core concepts of Trials (which didnt invent bike-riding sidescrollers anyways) and make a new twist out of it. Joe Danger was another sidescrolling-racing game that managed to have it's own style and feel. But why make such a blatant copy of Trials? It's in almost every aspect the same exact thing, is this even legal?
I do not mind that there is a Trials clone on the PS3, I'd rather have games be multiplatform than exclusives so that a maximum of people may enjoy it. What really ires me is the explicit copying of RedLynx's work, it's intellectually dishonest. I'd be as upset if they took something like Little Big Planet, made the exact same game for another console and called it "Adventure Planet" or something.

| I already know that there are similar ganes, as I've already said in my first post (read it).
However, I feel there is a difference between taking some core concepts from another game and blatantly emulating it's look and style as to make something that is almost indistinguishable from it's source material.
Look at both game, they are virtually the same! Urban Trial Burrowed the same concept (which isnt an issue in itself) but also went on as to take the same visual style as to make it look identical to Trials Evolution. Compare pictures, which is which? How is that not intellectually dishonest?

| Also, given Trials Evolution's recent success on XBLA, the release of Urban Trial Freestyle in such a short timespan, and since they made out their title to resemble that of Evolution's, it all feels like an evident attempt to mimick RedLynx's game and cash in on their recent hit.
