The poll of the day a couple days back about selling your games got me thinking. Do any of you ever just flat out trade your games with other people? I mean through craigslist or similar sites. I recently started doing it and it seems like a much better option as opposed to getting boned by trade-in values at stores. I traded my AC3 for Borderlands 2 a couple weeks ago for example, and it would've been money out of my pocket had I tried to do that at a game shop. I live in Denver so there's a pretty good offering on craigslist at any given time and I wonder why I don't hear about more people taking advantage of that. What do you guys think?

Got $35 straight up for Ragnarok Odyssey, as opposed to 5 from Gamestop.

HMMM....

Yep, selling on CL is a huge win too. I can see how it'd be tougher in smaller cities though.

None of the above.

I donate/give them away.

I used to hang on to everything. But as time went I never really found myself ever going back and playing anything I kept, save for a couple gems here and there. It just started feeling like I was wasting money letting them sit there.

There's a huge difference between hoarders and collectors. Learn it, because some collectors are getting really sick and tired of being insulted with that H word.

Haha fair enough, that was sarcasm though. I'm guilty of it myself to some extent, though I'd say I only hang on to about 25% of games I buy.
