How do I change my screen position?

I can't find the option anywhere. The screen position is shifted to the right. I started kill zone 3 and the text at the beginning had a lot of space on the left and none on the right. It happens in other games and the xmb menu. How do I fix it?

That sounds like a setting on your TV, not your PS3
