I have gotten a corrupt file data in the beginning of last week. I already formatted my ps3 like 6 times and did restore system files like 17 times. Why is it when I try one of the two options they never work? Has anyone experienced this annoying issue? Sony told me to send it for repair services but it costs $107. I rather find another way.

HDD probably on the way out. You could always buy a new one for cheaper than a repair service.
