I don't really have enough to fill out your list, but I'll give it my best...in no particular order, of course.

-Legacy of Kain
-Metal Gear (though I really haven't liked the series from MGS2 onward)
-SOCOM (PS2 games)
-Ninja Gaiden (both original and new series)
-Rainbow Six (only the first three PC titles)

Some series worthy of note but not enough to make the list:

-Splinter Cell. I really love 1 & 3, but 2 sucked, 4 was kinda lame, and Conviction was an abortion.
-Castlevania. I like most of them, Lords of Shadow was good, but I picked Ninja Gaiden over this series since they're similar and I like Ninja Gaiden a lot more. Still a great series though.
-Assassin's Creed. Gameplaywise, they're really great games, but the plots are lame, boring, and as good as I think they are, they're just not my favourites games.
-Deus Ex. I LOVE 1, LOVE Human Revolution, but IW...yeah, and as much as I love the other two, I just don't think 2 out of 3 warrants calling it one of my favourite series.
-Final Fantasy. Some of the best games ever, but I really only LOVE a couple of them, so it's not one of my favourite series, though VII is easily one of my all-time favourite games.
-There are also MANY series I could name that are too old for most of you people to even know about, so I won't bother.
