I'll go with Final Fantasy XIII-2. Though I though FFXIII was good too, so I wasn't exactly expecting XIII-2 to be a disappointment.

I can think of at least four previous Batman games that were very, very good.

Batman: Return of the Joker (NES)
Batman (TG16) (this one being a puzzle/action game, however... but I liked it)
Batman Returns (SNES/Genesis)
The Adventures of Batman & Robin (SNES/Genesis)
