I think I want to use a keyboard that uses a USB receiver so I need the USB slot. Are there any good headsets that just hook up strictly through bluetooth?

Or should I get a strictly bluetooth keyboard instead?

Thanks.

Which one won't damage the PS3?

Please tell me the make and model.

You have to connect the device directly to the system to sync it. After you do that, the PS3 headset will connect wirelessly from that point on.

On my fat PS3 I used a Nyko media hub that also had a card reader built in. I've also used the one that came with rock band.
