Even though we are only 7 weeks into 2013 we have already had a new DmC, Ni No Kuni, Dead Space 3 and others.. Is MGR this biggest release yet so far this year?

As great as a Metal Gear game of any kind will be, it will never have the same kind of reception as COD or any other games like that. I don't see people waiting at midnight for something like this.

Even if it does it's not like some huge accomplishment considering the competition. Besides, next month Bioshock: Infinite is most likely going to blow away everything else released so far.
