Okay..the trophy system is really starting to confuse me

#1RozzbanePosted 2/14/2013 6:54:44 AM
Is there really even a "system" here?

I am a 12 star - 3 platinums - 888 trophies - 29 %

Yet I have a buddy who is just a mere 2 levels ahead of me and has 19 platinums - 1397 trophies - 26%

How does the Levelling/Percentage rate work does it work based on the type of trophy you get? The amount? Do trophies signify a certain value of points so to speak?

Each type of trophy has a hidden 'point' value and each level takes more to complete so progress slows the higher you get.

All trophies have a point value.

Platinums actually don't give that many points in comparison to the rest, quite in fact, it's very possible to just get ridiculous amounts of bronzes/silvers and be on the same level or even bypass people who have many platinums.

This guy should be levels ahead of me though, 19 platinums is not an easy feat.

Ahhh...that makes sense. I always thought Plats had extremely high value compared to the others.

Once you reach level 12 the % of earning bronze silver gold and platinum becomes low, I think you get 2% for a platinum if the last renaming trophy was gold.

The higher your level, the more trophies it takes to get to the next one.

For example: you upgrade to level 15 faster than you level up to 16

It works exactly like experience points in turn-based RPGs..
