Not sure about the name but, Suikoden 2 battle theme around the second half of the game is also really good.

There are a lot, but one of my recent favorites that stood out is Exec_Z/. from Ar tonelico Qoga.

I'm on my PS3 so i can't link it but there is a version on youtube that has English sub so you can understand it.
