I can't exactly say that's a bad thing. During both PS3 and 360's life, we saw graphics change dramatically. Much more then we did in the past. I'm guessing the PS4 and 720 will be the same. --- backloggery: http://backloggery.com/kdog254 twitch: http://www.twitch.tv/kdognumba1 3DS: 1676-3698-5986 PSN: jotaroxtreme NID/XBL: kdog254 Steam: kdognumba1
I'm sorry to be a negative nancy but... I'm not sure we'll see quite the large jump in graphics. Don't get me wrong there will be an improvement... but I still think we're quite the bit away from games looking like Toy Story 3 rendered in real time.
However 1080p and 16*Antialiasing would make a rather large difference to how games look even now. --- [Wubeth Intensifies]
I can already experience graphics better than what the next-gen systems will offer.

It's not going to be a big leap. You probably won't even be able to tell the difference.
Maybe for "graphically illiterate" people. But I'll certainly notice the difference.
Really anyone should be able to tell the difference between sub 720p, x4 or less AA, and medium to low quality textures when compared to 1080p, x8 AA, and high quality textures. --- http://gamercard.xbox360achievements.org/x360a-1/BOBtheMASTER.png Could care less = you care at least somewhat. Couldn't care less = you don't care at all.
