I'm of the personal opinion that ME2 is weaker than ME.

but it does seem that the 2nd installment in a trilogy is usually the best.

Not always but in most series that I've played, I guess that fits my opinion.

In film I find the second movie in a trilogy is usually the crappy one.
Why? Because **** you is why.

Final Fantasy isn't a trilogy. FF XIII is a trilogy and there's no way you can say FF XIII-2 is "good" not to mention "best".
