This is a really tough call, but I'll try.

1. Super Mario Galaxy
2. Alice: Madness Returns
3. Far Cry 3
4. Batman: Arkham City
5. Mega Man 10

That list is subject to change at all times though. A month ago it would have been totally different. I would have to list 100 or more to really show how much I love the games of this gen.
