ps+ has been ruled out
psn account creation date has been ruled out
money spent in store has been ruled out
amount of games played might be ruled out(further investigation necessary)
i can rule out game time
the only working theory i have at the moment is number of friends but i expect that to be ruled out shortly.
Lots of things have been ruled out, it seems like it was just random. I never received $10 and have been apart of the PSU since 2000 or 2002, my trophy level is 15, spent quite a bit on the store, etc. All the stuff that should qualify as a loyal customer.
Who knows, would have been nice to get the $10 but meh, no big deal. I am curious as to what requirements had to be met to qualify though.
