Other stores like Best Buy or Gamestop dont have old PS3 games in NEW CONDITION.... only Used / Pre owned.

Is Amazon the only stores where u can buy games from 3 to 5 years ago in NEW condition?

Playasia has new games too that are old and sometimes they are a lot cheaper then Amazon, though most of the time Amazon is the way to go.

Hell, you can still buy NES games brand new on Amazon.
