"The term lolita is taken from the nickname of the title character in Vladimir Nabokov's novel Lolita. Lolita's actual name was Dolores Haze, with whom the narrator, Humbert Humbert, develops a sexual obsession. Lola (diminutive: Lolita) is a common hypocorism for Dolores in some Spanish-speaking countries. Nevertheless, "lolita" and it's shortened form "loli" has come to be used as a general reference to a sexually attractive, seductive or precocious young girl, with the term "loli" usually used by fans in the anime and manga fandom. (See lolicon.)"
I was going to bring up Lolita but then I questioned whether anyone has even read it.
(Yes it's copy and paste from wikipedia. It's just easier that way)
So ultimately it's not really about one's opinion if something is "loli" or not. It either is or it isn't. --- Everything's shiny, Cap'n. Not to fret.
