The other day ago my dad let me rent Black Ops 2. It didn't work! Plus my parents talked about it. They said no. So I compared BO2 to another game. They never responded. They are worried about the gore. Is it that detailed? Is it really that bad?

BTW I am 14 years old.

Can you give me good ideas to convince my two dads that it is not that bad?

It is that bad and you shouldn't be playing Black ops

I think 12 years of age and older was fine for M rated in the genesis through ps2 days, but not only has the gore become more prevalent, there is a lot more swearing in games now, which could also be a concern.

14 years old though? You're in high school, I think you would be able to handle animated violence.
