I bought a game god of war saga and it didn't include the free trail of play station plus and it was supposed too. They said I show proof of purchase they will give me a new code.

Seems redundant for them to ask you for proof of purchase, when they can look up your purchase records using your PSN...

They can look up purchase records for buying a physical copy using your PSN? Never knew they could do that!

Blizzard sent me a USB Drive after I showed them proof of purchase of my Starcraft 2 Collector's Edition claiming I never got a USB.

Sony isn't the only one who does this.
