I think they were basing it on the early TMNT comics which were darker.

I'm talking about the art design. The original design wasn't a creepy version of the realistic drawings fans have created.

I much prefer the 2003 Turtles...

Either Rockysteady or Platinum should be developing a new TMNT game.

I want to like the new TMNT games, but I just don't. I thank my lucky starts I was born long enough ago to have enjoyed the NES/SNES games in their prime.

Is the new TMNT cartoon even good? I didn't know it existed until I saw episode review on IGN and a Season DVD in the stores.

Kinda reminds me of the '91 TMNT live-action film. I don't really like the shape the new turtle design (blocky feet, smaller heads, etc.) but I like the darker tone of the game. I'll keep my eyes on this one.

I'm glad they did 4-player co-op too. I was awe-struck when the last bunch of TMNT games on the PS2 were only 1 player.
