Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale was the first game I platinumed; it's really easy. Almost all the trophies can be gotten by completing short story modes with different characters and through set-up CPU matches

im just going to point out that lollipop chainsaw *CAN* be easy to Plat if you have the proper setup.

i was stupid and didnt heed to a small guide i was looking at to make the game quicker, im still working on it, and some of the levels are insanely long.

if you want to play the game twice to get the plat, make sure you start the game on hard and use a guide for collectibles.

most of the others listed here are pretty good. id reccomend the walking dead, i just beat it this afternoon and was an amazing experience.
