Ever bought a new ps3 game that had a light scratch?

i know the bd discs dont scratch easily, but fresh out the wrapper my MGR disc has a couple of slight marks on it already that dont wipe off. It had to have happened at the factory(duh).The game works perfectly though

anyone else experience this rare occurence?

Not a scratch but I've had slight marks on the disc from the moment I bought it (new)
