Why do PS# exclusive games get 5 Gold, 10 Silver, and 30 Bronze...

trophies? While most other games get around 1 gold, 5 silver and like 40 bronze trophies? To encourage trophy hunters to buy PS3 exclusives or something to do with the other games being multiplatform?

My guess is because games are designed with the 360 in mind and then the ps3 so when descisions about achievements are made they try to translate it into trophies.

For exclusives, they don't have such problems and are free to allocate trophies as they please.

But I might be wrong.
