How do you instal Mortal Kombat?

It says on the back of the box that it's got a 4 gig save, which normally means you can instal it, but I can't find the option.

I swear mine installed automatically... Did you try hitting triangle with it highlighted on the home screen? Might be in the options there.

Just in case anyone is interested and finds the topic in the future, the answer is that the game installs in the background as you're playing it. So the load times start of long but decrease the more you play.
