the ending in FF9 really made me sad, i cried a bit, i wont lie.
im having a hard time remembering anything else.

Okami
Papo & Yo
FFX
Ico
Shadow of the Colossus
Silent Hill 2
But the only one I can say that made me angry was Enslaved. After a while I was wishing I could reach into the tv and slap the character Trip in the face. The story started off strong but everything just got worse all the way to the terrible ending.
Thinking about it, the ending for Mass Effect 3 irritated me as well.

Drakengard 1 - 2 Caim and Angelus, that is all.
MGS3: Particularly the way the relationship between The Boss and Big Boss is handled along with the build-up to and the execution of the game's final encounter and its aftermath.
Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth had its moments.
