Have you ever finished a game you didn't like and if so why did you do it?

Kingdom Hearts 1. I kept hearing "it gets better later!" then the ending came.

Fallout 3, which happened to be one of the most boring games I've ever played.

Resident Evil 5 too! I remember I had the gold edition, to tell the truth the only reason I played it till the end was because my cousin loves this game so much haha he came to my house every day just to play mercenaries with me, but I have to say mercenaries itīs really fun :D

El Shaddai most recently.
Most just out of the feel of a need to clear my back catalogue.

Terminator Salvation. I was hating it most of the way through, but it was only 4 hours long. After my first run, the only achievement I had left was to finish it on hard, so I spent another 3 hours doing that. I hated it, and I hated myself for doing it.

Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, I hated the game, but there was a bizarre fascination with the story.

The purpose of fighting is to win. There is no possible victory in defense.

Sometimes I don't even have the time to finish games I do like so I don't tend to persist with ones I don't enjoy.

I didn't much like the original assassin's creed, but my cousin challenged me to beat it and I wasn't about to loose.
