Which Final Fantasy has your favorite cast?

For the best main cast it's either 4 or 6 and for the best supporting cast it's 9 without a doubt.

9, im not a furry or anything, its just interesting that it took place in a human dominated world yet only 2 of the 8 or however many cast were technically human, (interestingly both are/were bodyguards 'cept one was upperclass the other lowerclass)

I like the aesthetic design of the characters in IX. My favorite's Freya. But past the second disc, she apparently loses any interest in speaking. Amarant has a moment, and promptly loses his interest in speaking, as well. Steiner, too, loses his interest in speaking. Everybody stops liking to talk.

Yeh thats one of my main gripes with jrpg, characters lose all...well, character at some point (and thats if they even had character to begin with). Atleast in dragon age 2 the characters dont 'hang out' perse, they just do missions together

FFVI has my favorite cast as well.

Favorite cast (and story) goes to FF4. FF6 was good but there were too many characters so many of them become forgotten with little connection to the whole group.
