It was fixed though. And it only ever affected SD TV users. Still, in the PAL version there's also a glitch where water surfaces have a chickenpox effect and they removed the ability to scan enemies for dog tags while using a scoped item.

Silent hill HD has quite a lot of bugs and missing/replaced sounds. There were a few patches, but it still isn't glitch free.

I heard it was built from a beta version of the game, and it shows.
