ALOT. On first playthroughs, I tend to be too busy enjoying everything else and end up ignoring most of the story.

For me, I just don't pay enough attention on first playthroughs. Like my brain will turn off when some important details are being mentioned... then the same thing will come up throughout the story and I'm like "...what?".

Depends on the game. It took a couple runs to fully appreciate Chrono Cross and accept it as a direct sequel.

often. i listen durin cutscenes and read the subtitles, but i still never really think about it or pay attention to whats goin on
