I've called several Gamestops throughout my state in the past, but my local ones have turrrrrrible phone customer service, I never have been on wait like that for a long time, almost as bad as the financial aid office at college..
Which is strange because my local Gamestop workers are incredibly nice people who go out of their way to help, I guess when there's a line of customers the phone is the last thing to be addressed? Idk, some workers I just don't know what's going on, answers I've got over the phone differ from what I find out in the store too.... --- GT: Jessica Jung xo PSN: Rutgers Student Intel Pentium 4 2.40GHz I 256MB I Intel(R) 82845G Graphic Video I 64 MB Memory
It doesn't take more then 10 seconds for someone to tell you the price of something (if they aren't busy) so I don't get why they would do that.
idk usually they greet me and then say please hold.
EDIT: When I worked in retail we were instructed to pick up the phone within 3 rings, if we were busy we still had to answer the phone, but put them on hold after greeting them --- GT: Jessica Jung xo PSN: Rutgers Student Intel Pentium 4 2.40GHz I 256MB I Intel(R) 82845G Graphic Video I 64 MB Memory
