To generalize like that is completely idiotic. I prefer to play FPS on a Ps3. Therefore, your theory fails. --- My name's Reggie. I'm about kickin' ass. I'm about takin' names. And we're about makin' games.

Xbox has Halo, PS3 has Resistance AND Killzone...and Haze. PS3 has more exclusive FPS, so no it isn't safe to say at all.

lol @ PS3 being for JRPG/RPG.
There's been **** all this gen, in comparison to previous gens.
If you wanna be accurate, then 360 is for FPS' and the PS3 is for a wider variety of genres. --- If everyone likes a game and you're the only one who hates it, it's not overrated, you're just the black sheep.

I bought a PS3, Wii and Xbox all for JRPGs.
Wii for Arc Rise Fantasia, Xenoblade, Last Story, Tales of Symphonia 2 and the gamecube RPGs. Xbox for Tales of Vesperia, Lost Odyssey, Magna Carta 2 and Blue Dragon. PS3 for everything else. --- Check out my collection and leave a comment! http://backloggery.com/davidvinc
360 has many launch JRPG's since 360 came out a year before PS3 and M$ tried to horde that market by trying to buy up the genre given the popularity of them on the PS2 while barely any were on XBox1
Lost Odyssey Last Remnant Blue Dragon Magna Carta 2 Infinite Undiscovery Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom Star Ocean 4 (which later got ported to PS3) Enchanted Arms (which later got ported to PS3) Eternal Sonata (which later got ported to PS3) Tales of Vesperia (might as well be an exclusive since the PS3 version was never localized)
and some import only titles: Tengai Makyou Ziria: Harukanaru Jipang (Far East of Eden Ziria: Tales from Distant Jipang)
